By accessing or using the RVA Tonight application ("App") and website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

2. Description of Service

RVA Tonight is an events discovery platform that aggregates publicly available event information from venues in the Richmond, Virginia metropolitan area. We provide this information for convenience and do not sell tickets, process payments, or manage event logistics.

3. Accuracy of Information

Event information including dates, times, prices, and descriptions is sourced from venue websites and public data. While we strive for accuracy, RVA Tonight does not guarantee that event information is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm details directly with the venue before attending.

Events marked as "Projected" are based on historical patterns and have not been officially confirmed by the venue.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App or Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the App beyond normal usage
• Interfere with the proper operation of the App or Site
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The RVA Tonight name, logo, design, and original content are the property of RVA Tonight. Event data displayed in the App may be the property of respective venues and event organizers.

6. Third-Party Links

The App contains links to third-party websites (venue pages, ticket sellers, maps, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

7. Local Storage

The App stores certain data locally on your device, including your saved events, theme preferences, and profile information. This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the App will remove this data.

8. Sponsored Content

The App may display sponsored or promoted events from local businesses. Sponsored content is always clearly labeled as "Sponsored" within the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

RVA Tonight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Site, including but not limited to reliance on event information displayed therein.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
